Learn and Unlearn Together

We’re all at different points in our learning journeys, and that’s OK.

Here are a few things that might get you thinking, and help you continue moving forward.

These videos surface some common misconceptions that can get in the way of making systemic change! Some of these harmful attitudes and assumptions–which might misrepresent or gloss over the realities of Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and people of colour–aren’t going to get resolved immediately.

Expect and accept non-closure, and assume that you will frequently stumble on the often-times messy and twisted road ahead.

Sometimes we simply “don’t know what we don’t know”, so don’t be too hard on yourself. But don’t get too defensive or too stuck in your ways either. There will always be more perspectives to consider than what you can recognize right now.

Just try to stay as humble and curious as you can in your commitment to endless learning and unlearning!

There’s no other way to grow forward together!
